Foreshelf provides a Shopify app for inventory analysis, forecasting and supervised automation. Marcus, its AI agent, suggests and executes actions only after explicit merchant approval. The merchant always decides.
Subscriptions are billed through Shopify's billing system (Managed Pricing). Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. Cancelling a paid plan downgrades the store to the permanent Free plan; data is retained until uninstall.
If the savings tracked by Foreshelf do not reach at least three times your subscription price within 90 days of subscribing - provided the store has had at least 30 days of synced data - you may request a refund of the subscription fees paid for that period by emailing hello@foreshelf.app.
Forecasts, alerts and displayed savings are estimates based on the data provided by the store. They do not constitute a guarantee of business results.
Marcus actions are subject to per-order caps, daily spending caps, approval requirements, a cancellation grace window and audit logs available in the app. A fully autonomous mode is not offered. The merchant is responsible for the actions they approve.
The service is provided "as is". Foreshelf's total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
