Service
Foreshelf provides a Shopify app for inventory analysis, forecasting and supervised automation. Marcus, its AI agent, suggests and executes actions only after explicit merchant approval. The merchant always decides.
Plans and billing
Subscriptions are billed through Shopify's billing system (Managed Pricing). Cancelling a paid plan downgrades the store to the permanent Free plan; data is retained until uninstall.
Forecasts and estimates
Forecasts, alerts and displayed savings are estimates based on the data provided by the store. They do not constitute a guarantee of business results.
Marcus safeguards
Marcus actions are subject to per-order caps, daily spending caps, approval requirements, a cancellation grace window and an in-app action history with execution receipts. A fully autonomous mode is not offered. The merchant is responsible for the actions they approve.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". Foreshelf's total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
